A 1-hour swim session at Manchester Aquatic Centre, led by our coach Luke. The session will run from 12:00–1:30pm on 7th June.
Please meet us at the reception of the aquatic centre at 11:50am. We’ll begin with a short pre-swim stretch and finish with a post-swim stretch after the session.
We need you to be able to swim at least 25m comfortably to book this session. All you need to bring is yourself, a swim cap, your goggles and a towel. No tools required.
